Eighty acres were purchased and subdivided into eleven tracts of land. This site, located just east of the Pell City civic center and near the St. Clair county airport, is surrounded by homes on larger, acreage tracts of land. Developers wanted to keep with the area, so larger tracts were designed and custom homes were built in by custom homebuilders.
